Royal Beluga caviar comes from European Beluga Sturgeon (Huso Huso), which can grow to be as heavy as 80kg. It's native home is the Black Sea, Caspian Sea, and Azov Sea. It is one of the rarest breed and characterized by large eggs (3.5m+). It typically requires 12-15+ years to mature and has a rich buttery flavor that one will always remember.
