Amur Beluga caviar comes from one of the largest sturgeons, the Kaluga Sturgeon (Huso Daricus), whose native home is from the Amur River. It typically requires 14+ years to mature and is a large size sturgeon weighing over 80kg. The caviar size is typically 3.5mm or above. It is rich and complex in taste with memorable aftertaste, and is perfect when enjoyed with a glass of champagne.
