Premium Oscietra caviar comes from the hybrid of Kaluga (Amur Beluga) and Amur Sturgeon, whose native home is at Amur River (located across the border of Russia and China). This is the same fish type as Superior Oscietra (No.2), but requires 12-14 years to mature and is a larger size sturgeon weighing above 60kg. The caviar size is also larger between 3.4mm. Its texture is most balanced with a fine creaminess feeling.
