Amur Oscietra caviar comes from the pure breed Amur Sturgeon, whose native home is at Amur River (located across the border of Russia and China). It typically requires approx. 10 years to mature and is a mid size sturgeon weighing between 20-30kg. The caviar size is between 3.0-3.2mm. Its color ranges from brownish-grey to pale brown with a rich walnut taste.
