Superior Oscietra caviar comes from the hybrid of Kaluga (Amur Beluga) and Amur Sturgeon, whose native home is at Amur River (located across the border of Russia and China). It typically requires approx. 10 years to mature and is a large size sturgeon weighing between 30-60kg. The caviar size is between 3.0-3.2mm. Its texture is poppy with a mix of buttery and nutty.
